The sales man that visited our house to quote for a conservatory was here for 2 hours despite us dropping numerous hints to clear off. Whenever we asked questions, the salesman was extremely defensive and snappy with his responses - you are naturally going to ask questions when you are going to commit to a large sum of money but he seemed 'narked' everytime we took him off course from his textbook amber windows sales pitch - which included calling the boss numerous times. The quote was a joke - £36,000, he then called his boss and the quote came down to £24,000!!!!

i recently had 8 windows and my facia done by this company and i'd just like to state how pleased i am that i used this company. from start to finish, salesman to fitters, were all very professional and couteous. the fitters, both teams, were lovely lads. they cleaned up after themselves as they worked, leaving no mess of an evening when they left for the day.

I called them round to give us a free no obligation quote yesterday for an elderly member of my family. Rep turns up, on time very nicey nicey and took his time. Measures the windows up, quotes us £9000 then says it is buy one get one free and then quotes £4500. Then his mood changed i said thanks for the quote, we have other quotes to get so will be in touch.
