They advertise that they have a customer care policy, bit of a joke really as on 18th August the handle on the kitchen window failed to engage, which of course meant that it did not close, my 86 year old mother is a bit deaf, was worried that "someone could get in" & also that not securing the window would invalidate the house insurance - so slept at the kitchen table, when I rang them on the morning of 19th to ask for an engineer to attend, I was informed that someone would come on 16th september.

Everest the worst company ever,they left me without windows for 4 weeks because they made them the wrong size every week i get a call trying to sell me something the comunication is awful i didnt get my deposit of 2,000 back so i went with anglian who make there own windows even got invited to see how there windows were made amazing.i have heard bad things about this company but they have improved so very much.

i recently had 8 windows and my facia done by this company and i'd just like to state how pleased i am that i used this company. from start to finish, salesman to fitters, were all very professional and couteous. the fitters, both teams, were lovely lads. they cleaned up after themselves as they worked, leaving no mess of an evening when they left for the day. i kept them going with cups of tea but most of the time they were here all they did was just work away. the finished job is better than i expected and i have already recommended both my sister and a neighbour of ours from our road, who i know has just ordered facia for his house. all in all, a pleasure to deal with.

I called them round to give us a free no obligation quote yesterday for an elderly member of my family. Rep turns up, on time very nicey nicey and took his time. Measures the windows up, quotes us £9000 then says it is buy one get one free and then quotes £4500. Then his mood changed i said thanks for the quote, we have other quotes to get so will be in touch. He didn't want to know about other quotes, said if we signed there and then on the dotted line we could get as many quotes as we wanted in the mean time. Now my mother in law was going to sign on the dotted line until i told him no it was the daughter and son who make the financial decisions. He told me that if he had known the decision makers weren't there he wouldnt have even quoted us! He was annoyed we didn't sign and started going on about this £60.00 survey fee.
