I feel very frustrated and angry at the fact I was contacted by a telesales person named Charlotte Day. She said she was from The Observer newspaper.At no time did she mention she was in actual fact from the south east observer.She spun a story about a client of hers not being able to get their art work to them on time.It was a very cheap space. So I thought I would give it a go, as it was The Observer newspaper.A credit card payment was secured which I wasnt entirely happy with.I asked if we could be invoiced and she said no. I never received a copy of the paper.Which I feel is terrible.The payment from my credit card came off within 2 days of Charlotte Day phoning me. She told me it would be a week to 10 days. Then to my horror. I got a bill for the same amount that had come off my credit card. Also it sais south east observer. Not, The Observer.
