Business Review: EasyCar (part of the EasyGroup)

We rented a car through Easycar (ironic name) for Oct 25/09 Sydney Airport (Thrifty). Thrifty couldn't find evidence of our reservation. We had paid in full (no refunds if cancelled within 48 hrs of the rental). Although Thrifty assured us that this would be resolved, we just received a bill from Thrifty for this rental. This fiasco wasted 2 hours on the day we arrived in Australia, causing us to edit our itinerary. It continues to give us grief. Never use Easycar!
