Original order made on 12th April 2010. After several telephone calls and false promises of returned telephone calls to give me details of the whereabouts of my delivery and several speculative dates for the actual delivery of items ordered I have decided to cancel the order and receive a refund of £143.17. I attempted to cancel the order via a telephone call on Tuesday 4th May 2010. I was informed that I would recieve an email to undertake this process, to date (7th May 2010) I still have not received this mail! I recently been told that they would recend the order, they gave me a date this is now past, and still have not delivery...keep away from this company.

I put in an order with said company on the 30th March 2010, being told I would receive goods in 7 days, after 14 days I phoned, being promised the 10 T shirts I ordered would be with me the next day, then they blamed the courier company they use, still to date I have NOT received my goods.(7th June 2010) I have Phoned about 30 times, every time being informed someone will get back to me, never has anyone, to date..
I have E-mailed twice, informing them that they have 7 days to respond or I will leave it with the small claims court,..
STILL NOTHING
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY (unless you like being ripped off)

Anonymous — Thu, 10/06/2010 - 12:08pmI had similiar experiance - but i had ordered items and had not received anything, after many phone calls - which they NEVER returned I informed trading standards who told me to write a letter to them - it soon got them into gear and i received my items a week later but yes this company is a terrible company and AVOID at all times!!!

Anonymous — Wed, 30/06/2010 - 7:22amHad a very similar experience with this so-called company. Cancelled order and still got no refund despite official letter as advocated by Trading Standards. Eventually got a result (and my money back) by raising a Visa dispute through my bank (Santander). DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE!! You have been warned.
