I bought a easy pop up gazeebo in april,the second time it was used there was a slight breeze,nothing at all realy,when we came to take it down several of the bars that form the structure had broken and fel out. I contacted Rushmore Imports told them what had happened,they requested a picture of what was required,this I duly did.several days later I recieved a box with some replacement bars in,on opening it we found 2 bars already broken  and the frame work had been taken off a gazebo and so was second hand. I duly fitted the replacement parts.The next time the gazebo was used exact same thing happened.I contacted Rushmor again,this time the only way they wanted to deal with me was by Email.I also spoke to trading standards(a dog with no teeth),they suggested because it was 6days over the 2months that rushmore were refering to for them to do anything about the problem then if they were a reasonable Company then they may wish to look at the matter again. I explained this to them by Email,I was told that it was my fault the structure had failed!! and they would send me out replacement bars,again,but this time they would be" new,"(there words.). So it looks like they only sell gazebos that can only be put up when there is no air movement at all(perhaps they were designed for the moon).

So I would advise people that are looking for a gazeebo for ther garden in this lovely summer we are experiencing Not to bother with Rushmore Imports Ltd.
