I ordered a trampoline two weeks ago and it has not arrived yet despite the company's next day delivery promise on their website. I have not been able to speak to anyone on the phone as everytime I call there is a recorded message stating that all their operators are busy. I have received an email informing me that the product has been despatched, but the courier informs me that they have no record of collection. I wish I had checked them out on this website first! I will keep you posted of my progress.

This company is shocking. I paid for a Trampoline 4 weeks ago. It still hasn't arrived. I have not been able to contact them due to a recorded message telling me that 'all their operators are busy.' Absolute poor running of a business and terrible customer service. Would be keen to know if anyone else has had the same trouble?

I am having exactly the same problem. I only ordered from them because it stated next day delivery. I cant beleive I have made such bad judgement in ordering from them. Still waiting for a delivery date, its been 2 weeks now

This company is absolutly a disgrace I ordered a trampoline for my granddaughters birthday 5 weeks ago and am still waiting for a delivery. it is impossible to get hold of them by phone as they say all the operators are busy and they do not reply to your emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY i AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS if I do not get my Trampoline by next week.

Hi, have you had any luck? I too am struggling to get hold of them. I paid for my Trampoline 5 weeks ago now and have just had an e-mail saying that it will be here next week. This is despite the several e-mails i have had saying it would be delivered 1st June, 8th June, 11th June and 16th June. Shocking and completley out of order.

Have you tried calling them? I'm just wondering if you have managed to get through because i can't!!!! It's my daughters birthday present and all her friends are coming to her party, how do you explain that you don't know whats happening to an excited little girl? I ordered well in advance to stop this happening, they were quick enough to take my money! She is going to be so disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs. I shall be putting a review on every site i can find to ensure people are well informed about the shoddy practices of this company.

I ordered a trampoline from this company & it arrived the next day! To be honest I cant fault the service or the trampoline, I did notice that some items were available on a pre-order for longer delivery times? maybe that's it.

Ha ha ha! Was on pre-order for delivery on 1st June, STILL NO TRAMPOLINE. Customer services is awful, my daughter still has no birthday present. Is shocking. Am about to sit and review on every site i can find. You were one of the lucky ones i think.

I wish i had looked up this site before i ordered a trampoline off these people. I only ordered from them as it said nect day delivery, i received two emails saying that my trampoline would arrive the next day. I waited around all day, i tried phoning them all day but never got through. I would never never use this company its shocking. I've emailed and asked for a refund will let you know how i get on with that!!!

I also stupidly never looked up any reviews regarding this company i wish i had!! I received two emails on the day i purchased my trampoline saying that my item would be arriving the next day and as no surprise it never arrived!! I tried ring them all day but never got through, i sent them a email and eventually got a reply saying the unfortunately the item was out of stock and that they could deliver it in a few days time, i've asked for a refund i'm not waiting!!!

Have to say I had no problems ordering from onlinetoysdirect. Ordered in the morning, trampoline arrived the next afternoon. I did have an issue with the zip on the enclosure net and did have to call 3 or 4 times to get through as their lines always seemed busy but once I spoke to someone and was advised to email them I had a replacement enclosure net within 7 days. Really have no complaints with them at all.
