IMPORTANT: My starting point -I have no time for 'con-artists' or other fraudsters who took out credit cards with no intention of repaying. However, most people, like me, borrowed in good faith, with every expectation of repaying in full, but their circumstances changed and they [& I] found themselves in difficulties.

If you can't get the address via 192, recruit via internet 1000 other disgruntled people suffering from the activities of this bunch of pirates to donate £1-00 each (I'll put £5.00 in) to hire private detective to confirm private address of chief exec. Arrange 'doorstepping' of chief exec at his home, being REASONABLE, not before 6.30 am nor after 10.30 pm. No one individual should call more than twice per month [more would be harassment] and SPECIFICALLY NO VIOLENCE OR THREATENING BEHAVIOUR SHOULD BE SHOWN. It is however entirely legal and legitimate for concerned parties to inform the chief exec, at any reasonable time convenient to them, that they don't like the way the company conducts its business. While the 1000 people may not all live within easy travel of Stockport, there is no reason not to ask locally based family or friends to call on their behalf to make the point [Greater Manchester population 4.8 million - c. 8% of UK population]. 1000 people calling once a month is 3+ a night. When, eventually, the chief exec gets the message that this isn't going to stop, [2,000 people = 6+ a night, 3,000 people = 9+ a night, etc, etc], maybe, just maybe, the chief exec can be persuaded that there is a 'better way'. Even if he doesn't agree, he might get a little tired of being 'doorstepped'. Of course, if some visitor who shouldn't - and I specifically warn against this - were to photograph him and publish his picture on the net via ‘Facebook’ and/or other social networking sites and invite other people [or anyone] to 'doorstep' him, well, of course, we responsible people who only wish to make a legitimate protest against the way his company operates WITHOUT THREAT, HARASSMENT OR INTIMIDATION cannot be held responsible for THEIR actions
