To anyone still chasing this let me tell you somthing about Micheal Woolner you may not know.  He previously worked for a mortgage broker ( his father in law) and swindled thousands of pounds out of unsuspecting clients and was eventualy jailed for fraud. He forged documents on his own parents house and remortgaged it , they found out when he did not keep up repayments and it was re-possesed , his own siblings had to use their savings to let his parents stay in what they thought was there own home. The bloke is as low as you can get and would sell his own grandmother.  When he was locked up some one should have thrown away the key and saved a lot of people a lot of heart ache.
