I have bought threee products including two multi-handset cordless phones sets from Ligo over several years. Generally the products themselves, ordering, delivery and post-sales support have been fine. The last set was a Siemens Gigaset S795 which was promptly delivered but was delivered incomplete; this was promptly rectified when I telephoned but the missing handsets did not fully match the original set - software, logo's - which was a bit of a pain but the software was upgraded.

What troubles me now is that, having read nothing but glowing reviews of the Siemens S795 phone set on Ligo's website, I was not completely happy with it; although it worked well I thought that it had several significant drawbacks in setting up and in daily use which would prevent me buying it again. I posted, or attempted to post a 'balanced' informative review of the phone set with Ligo on three occasions over several months. These never appeared ... I can only conclude that Ligo censor reviews if they are remotely critical. This leads me to distrust them and the Reviews they post on their website ... and which I had relied on before buying my own phone set. So, I think they are a reasonably efficient set-up, everyone makes mistakes and they rectified mine and were reasonably helpful on the phone, but I no longer really trust them.
