DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY****

The level of customer service with this organisation is the worst It has been my misfortune to have dealt with. They take order for products and 4 days later you learn they do not have in stock, but you do not learn this from Ligo direct, no you have to phone them chasing your order to then be told, with a totally insincere apology.

They then offer you a free upgarde (supposedly), beware not old technology / model you are getting. Any correspondence you send by e-mail, they say you get a response within 2 hours, this is a joke more like 2 days if at all. When you call customer service they do not pick up there phones, message says 'extreme levels' of calls, more like extreme levels of laziness and bad service. You are constantly told phones have been sent out, have been sent out, are on there way as we speak, to them find out they have not left the organisation at all.

Something is not quite right about LIGO,you experience a fight just to get what you have purchased. They either employ the most deplorable people with no concept of customer service, or they simply take your money and deal with you when they feel like it. I wonder if the supplier realise what is happening in this organisation.

There are numerous reputable suppliers of good phones out there LIGO is NOT one of them.
