In response to your statement, KB Installations would like to draw your attention to the following points.

We apologise for a lack of response regarding your work. We are very busy at this time of year and the weather plays a huge part in all of our installation dates. It is very easy to fall behind with work due to the fact we pride ourselves on the following two points. We will not remove roof tiles if it is raining and we will not remove a window if it is raining. This was explained to you in our first meeting.

To conclude, I refer to your closing comments about myself not working at my parents house for a job that my company specialise in. I have and always will carry out work for my parents and would like to see evidence to suggest why you make such comments. Through installing my parents bungalow with upvc roofline, we took two further orders from close neighbours, which have been installed. FoulBusiness UK have been invited to contact these customers to validate. The fact you can call my company a joke when we have not actually done any work for you is unsubstantiaed and unexplainable.

Again, we apologise that we were late with your installation date and would ask that if you wish,contact us to come to an agreed outcome regarding this review on my business.

I was searching for a review website for me to leave my comments about KB Installs on and stumbled upon this thread.

I felt obliged to comment as I believe KB Installs have had an unfair review here!

I have used KB Installs on a couple of occassions to fit both windows and roofline and can honestly say you will not find another company that offers such professional advice and quality fitting.

Keith and all his team are hard working, polite and very professional.

They do not believe in quoting one figure and then upping the price (I have had this happen with other companies who suddenly 'find' extra work!), they kept us fully informed about start dates and apologised for starting a couple of days later than expected.

When you realise that the main reason they delay is that they will not expose your property to excessive wet weather and will only remove and fit in suitable conditions then you start to appreciate the standards.

Once they are on your job they stay until it is finished! They don't try and 'juggle' several jobs at once leaving you with unfinished work and wondering where they are half way through your project - this is a real bonus with any tradesmen.

Keith works on every job and ensures the fitting is top notch everytime and will not take a penny from you until the job is completed to you satsifaction - show me another company that will do that!

I would suggest KB Installs are probably the best experience I have had with any building type company and have no complaints about their service.

So please folks - when listening to Anonymous posters who don't even want to share their details - remember there are plenty of satsified people out there as well, review sites are usefull indicators of others experiences but you only usually get to hear about the bad ones.

Keep up the good service Keith and team and don't let negative posts get you down - all small buisnesses make mistakes and the fact that the main complaint from Anonymous was that you were delayed on another job as you were busy speaks for itself really... too busy and working hard means lots of people use you which is a good sign!
