APPALLING COMPANY - For the past year I have had on going issue with Double Glazing Shop.co.uk From the start of installation there were problems. The Double Glazing Shop.co.uk have caused hundreds of pounds worth of damage to our property, we have been left with an unsecured property with gaps round the windows making our property freezing. I too have had problems. They
juggler (not verified) — Tue, 26/07/2011 - 9:55amI too have had problems. They have £14,500 of my money and have missed 3 installation dates because of "reasons beyond their control". My house is newbuild and so I have 14 holes in my house where the windows should be! The rest of the build is delayed causing expense and delay.
They have agreed to refund £2000 but have not done it after 4 weeks.
