My complaint is simple.

Cash4Gold TV advert expounds the virtue of their company in that they can provide "Best prices as we own our own refinery, so no middlemen" indeed an understandable comment from postbag to smelter.

So what is the reality on this unqualified comment, I can tell you as I sent gold to them, an 18K gold chain weighing 31.881 gm, or as they like to put it 20.5 DWT (pennyweight)

But as we know we the public dont normally get the "top price" so lets round that down the £13.687 to £10, at that scrap price my gold would have given me £318.81 approx and a good profit to the buyer.

So back to my complaint about Cash4Gold bearing in mind that they dont have middlemen so best prices can be paid to us the customer and all can share in the rich rewards that gold can bestow upon us.

My offer from these knights in golden armour was, bear with me my hands are shaking with gratitude to those Floridians it was without a drum roll or a safety net £102.42

Now I ask anybody out there in the world today, is that an offer you cant refuse.. sad to say I REFUSED THE OFFER

How do you refuse -- call their freephone number and talk to, sorry try to talk to someone and the first words out of their moouth is "We can re-test your gold" STOP I SAY... you mean to say with all that technology Cash4Gold tells us they have available to test our gold may be FAULTY

That is enough for me to say to the British Public If you need to sell your gold go to a local jeweler or Pawn Shop first before going to Cash4Gold.
