I have all the correspondence, and am happy for anyone to request a viewing of it to corroborate these statements:
On 29 November 2011, I made contact with Chris M, Project Manager, The Web Design Office, Digital World Centre, Salford, M50 3UB, and requested information about his web design practice.
After agreeing on what we required, I sent him a wire frame of my requirements. He said he would begin as soon as he had received a deposit of £275.00 which was made directly into his bank account.
His contract promised a bespoke website. It also promises finalisation of same website 1 - 2 weeks from date of order. His contract also promises a second draft if the first is not suitable.
Deposit was made: 1/12/2011

It’s good to keep track of reviews and comments you find interesting online. At FoulBusiness UK, we have always supplied visitors with a way to stay up to date with reviews that interest them. They would click a link to “watch” a review and whenever that review was updated we would email them. If a visitor wrote a comment on a review, they could tick a box to be informed of new comments and replies. How else would visitors know about new comments or review updates without going to the review page all the time?
It’s time to change however. We wanted to introduce a more powerful and flexible way to stay up to day with comments and reviews which users wanted to stay up to date with.

Had my boiler and bathroom installation done by them. The boiler after fitting started to give vibrating noise. I informed them about the problem and after having a look said that it is normal. It is so loud that it wakes us up in the morning when the boiler kicks in. It si normal for them. Also they did our bathroom and the water started leaking from the bathtub sealent which they replaced twice and it still leaked and damaged by ground floor ceiling. After having looked at the internet, I insisted that the bath tub be filled with water during and after putting the sealant. It has not locked since. If I have to teach them how to do their job, how good are they. Also they have still not rectified the ceiling damage that was caused due to the leaking bathroom which was their fault.

CARE HAS BEEN TAKEN TO ENSURE THAT THE FOLLOWING IS FACTUAL AND NON-SLANDEROUS
Almost a year ago (27/1/11) I ordered an exhaust manifold for a 1.8L Turbo MR2 Roadstar 2001 from Mr Adam Khan at Midland Jap Parts Ltd. The service was prompt and efficient. However it was only on realising that the manifold was for a standard MR2 and not a turbo that my battle began.
CASH 4 PHONES intentionally rip people off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The comparison sites are misleading. iPhone 3GS 16GB

I was recently quotes £120 to recycle my iPhone 3GS 16GB with Cash 4 Phones. The handset was in excellent condition, looked after really well, fully functioning therefore I expected the full payment they quoted me.
I carefully packed the iPhone 3GS 16GB in a padded envelope and posted it to them by special delivery.
Cash 4 Phones sent me an email offering me £70 claiming the handset "Failed Testing" and had "Excessive Wear and Tear". This is £50 less than Cash 4 Phones quoted me for a perfectly good well looked after handset
Plus Cash 4 Phones were quoting payment in 3 days. It took a month to receive this amount and whenever I rang up to speak to a manager they were never around to talk to me.
Do not use Cash 4 Phones they blatantly ripped me off.
